About the Role

Deliver high-quality lectures in Business Management at ESOFT UNI Kandy branch, assess students, mentor them academically, and contribute to research and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, seminars, and workshops
• Update and develop teaching materials
• Assess and evaluate student work
• Mentor students academically
• Contribute to research activities

Requirements

• Master's Degree (minimum) with 1+ year relevant experience, OR 4-year Bachelor's in Business Management
• For Lecturer grade: minimum 6 years in teaching, research, or industry
• For Assistant Lecturer grade: minimum 1 year in teaching or professional work
