About the Role

Manage production planning, coordinate daily operations, oversee material handling, track KPIs, ensure quality/safety compliance, and lead team performance in a dairy food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Plan production based on targets and forecasts
Conduct daily coordination meetings
Track production KPIs and present updates to management
Ensure quality/safety compliance (GMP, HACCP)
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
Foster team discipline and adherence to guidelines

Requirements

B.Sc. in Food Science/Technology or related field, OR Higher National Diploma with 5+ years experience
Minimum 2 years relevant FMCG/production experience
Knowledge of GMP, Quality Assurance, HACCP protocols
Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred
Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
MS Office proficiency
