About the Role
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, SOPs, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety in a personal care and dermatology manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain QMS, SOPs, and documentation
Ensure regulatory compliance and product safety
Conduct internal and external audits and inspections
Perform root cause analyses and implement CAPA
Review batch records and coordinate with production teams
Manage quality training programs
Prepare regulatory compliance reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or Quality Management
Experience in QA, Quality Control, or Quality Management systems
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716:2017 standards
Expertise in audits, documentation, non-conformities, and CAPA processes
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
