Showroom Manager

About the Role

Lead day-to-day operations of a luxury jewelry showroom, manage staff, drive sales, and coordinate across production, marketing, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom day-to-day operations and customer experiences
• Lead and train staff to achieve sales targets
• Handle high-value inventory and customer relationships
• Process custom orders and after-sales service
• Monitor stock movements and replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Generate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Drive sales growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management or luxury retail experience
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven sales target achievement record
• Advanced Level education minimum
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
