About the Role

ESOFT Metro Campus Kurunegala is hiring an Assistant Lecturer who will also coordinate the Counselling and Applied Psychology programme, ensuring academic quality and industry alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Counselling and Applied Psychology programme
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops
• Create and update course materials and assessment tools
• Provide student mentorship and guidance
• Track student performance and attendance
• Partner with external stakeholders and industry contacts
• Promote the program through outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related discipline
• Prior teaching or programme coordination background
• Industry experience in counselling or applied psychology
• Master's Degree preferred
