About the Role

ESOFT UNI Kandy branch seeks Lecturers and Assistant Lecturers in Business Management to deliver quality instruction and mentor students in undergraduate and diploma programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, seminars, and workshops
• Develop teaching materials aligned with industry trends
• Mark assignments and mentor students
• Supervise research projects
• Participate in curriculum development

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 1+ year relevant experience, OR 4-year Bachelor's in Business Management (First/Second Class Upper), OR Bachelor's (Second Class Lower) with experience
• Minimum 1 year (Assistant Lecturer) or 6 years (Lecturer) in teaching, research, or industry
