About the Role

The Open University of Sri Lanka seeks a Lecturer on contract for the Department of Organizational Studies to deliver management and organisational behaviour instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures in organizational studies and management subjects
• Assess student assignments and examinations
• Contribute to course material development
• Participate in departmental research activities

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
• Teaching or relevant professional experience
