About the Role

University of Moratuwa is seeking Senior Lecturers for three departments within its Faculty of Business to contribute to teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars in relevant management disciplines
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Supervise postgraduate research students
• Contribute to departmental leadership and academic strategy

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (PhD preferred) in relevant discipline
• Demonstrated research and publication record
• Prior university teaching experience
• Leadership capacity in an academic environment
