About the Role

Oversee retail shop inspections, visual display standards, and inventory quality across multiple Shirohana shop locations, blending operational discipline with design sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shop inspections for visual displays and store presentation consistency
• Monitor inventory levels and product rotation
• Track and reduce flower wastage
• Advise on store layout and visual merchandising improvements
• Collaborate with marketing on seasonal displays and campaigns
• Support SOP implementation and quality checks

Requirements

• Background in interior design, visual merchandising, or retail management
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to travel between locations
• Team management or staff coaching experience preferred
• Analytical capabilities for tracking inventory and wastage
