Responsibilities

Quality control for flowers, plants, and arrangements
Retail store presentation and cleanliness audits
E-commerce order quality and fulfillment oversight
SOP development and staff training
Customer feedback monitoring and complaint resolution
KPI tracking covering wastage, accuracy, complaints, and delivery

Requirements

Flower retail or floristry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic standards
E-commerce fulfillment knowledge
Leadership and training abilities
