About the Role

University of Ruhuna is recruiting academic staff across multiple ranks for faculties including Agriculture, Engineering, Technology, and Allied Health Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures
• Conduct and publish academic research
• Supervise student theses and research projects
• Participate in faculty academic activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (mandatory)
• Postgraduate qualification (M.Phil or PhD) for senior positions
• Teaching or research experience preferred
• Specialization in Engineering, IT, Nursing, or Agriculture
• Sri Lankan citizenship required
