About the Role

Skilled chef needed for high-volume kottu and live Mongolian cooking station at a leading catering company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook kottu and Mongolian dishes to company recipes
• Maintain quality, cleanliness and food handling standards
• Manage high-volume orders during peak service
• Monitor inventory and control portion waste

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as Kottu or Mongolian Chef
• Background in restaurants, hotels or catering
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ordinary Level education
• Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays
