Responsibilities
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Conduct property viewings
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and clients
- Maintain CRM records
- Support full conversion pipeline from inquiry through closing
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized and proactive
- A/L education minimum
