About the Role
Lead daily showroom operations, drive sales targets, manage inventory, and motivate the sales team across ODEL locations in Delkanda, Ja-Ela, Kiribathgoda, Kohuwala, Negombo, Rajagiriya, Wattala, Gampaha.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising
- Train, motivate, and lead the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and issue resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- O/L education minimum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
