Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Technical Officer

About the Role

Micro Constructions is hiring Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and Technical Officers to handle QS tasks independently on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills and measurements using SMM
• Prepare ESR and subcontractor bills
• Prepare monthly valuations
• Handle QS tasks independently

Requirements

• BTEC/HNDE in Quantity Surveying with 2-3 years experience, OR NCT in QS with 3-5 years experience (for QS role)
• Minimum 3 years experience for Assistant QS
• NDT/XDES/HNDE/BTEC with 2 years OR CT with 5 years for Technical Officer
