About the Role

P&C Professional QS firm is hiring at multiple levels for BOQ preparation, cost planning, and tender documentation work across various international measurement standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities
Develop cost plans
Prepare tender documents per SBDSL and FIDIC
Pre-contract quantity surveying

Requirements

QS (Senior): BSc QS with minimum 2 years experience, OR NCT QS/HNDE/TTI/City & Guild with minimum 5 years experience
Junior QS: BSc QS with 1 year experience OR NCT QS/HNDE/TTI/City & Guild with 2 years experience
Trainee QS: Relevant QS qualification
