About the Role

Manage cost estimation, bills of quantities, bid evaluation, contract administration, and contractor performance oversight for Toyota Lanka's construction projects.

Responsibilities

Create preliminary estimates and Bills of Quantities
Develop engineer's cost assessments
Evaluate bids and manage contract awards
Process interim and final payment documentation
Monitor project expenditures
Assess variation and additional work claims
Oversee contractor performance

Requirements

B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Minimum 4 years post-qualified work experience in similar capacity
Age 25-35 years
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities
