About the Role

Handle quantity surveying tasks independently including preparation of ESR, subcontractor bills, and monthly valuations for active construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying work independently
• Prepare ESR and subcontractor bills
• Prepare monthly valuations
• Manage project quantities and documentation

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyors: BTEC/HNDE with 2-3 years experience, or NCT credentials with 3-5 years experience
• Assistant Quantity Surveyors: NCT(QS) or equivalent with minimum 3 years in similar capacity
• Conversant with SMM and preparation of valuations
