About the Role
Lead a team of pattern makers to develop garments from customer specifications through to bulk production at Brandix's Ratmalana facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of pattern makers
- Develop patterns per customer specifications and TNA plan
- Prepare size charts and grade for bulk production
- Provide pattern-related technical inputs to internal stakeholders
- Achieve functional KPIs
Requirements
- Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making
- 1-3+ years experience in pattern making
