About the Role

Plan and manage sample room sewing operations, guide machine operators and technicians, and ensure efficiency and quality targets are met at the Biyagama facility.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate sample room production objectives including daily sewing plans
Implement cost-effective sewing methods with team and stakeholders
Guide Sample Room Sewing Machine Operators and Technicians
Ensure achievement of efficiency and quality objectives

Requirements

Certification in Clothing Technology
8+ years experience as a Sewing Technician
