Provide comprehensive legal support for Daraz Sri Lanka's e-commerce operations, covering contracts, IP, consumer protection, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and court coordination.
Responsibilities
Provide legal support and advice on a broad range of e-commerce solutions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (customer terms, partnerships, technology agreements)
Offer operational legal guidance on intellectual property, consumer protection, data privacy
Interact with regulatory bodies and Consumer Affairs Authority
Attend court hearings and coordinate external counsel
Manage company secretarial matters and lease agreements
Collaborate with regional legal teams across South Asian entities
Requirements
Qualified Attorney at Law with Bachelor's in Law
Notary Public certification (preferred, not mandatory)
3-5 years relevant legal experience from top-tier firms or corporations
