About the Role

Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements including vendor contracts and SLAs, provide legal guidance on fintech regulatory matters, and support dispute resolution for a leading HR and IT staffing company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements including vendor agreements, NDAs, and SLAs
• Ensure regulatory compliance across contracts
• Provide legal guidance on commercial matters
• Identify legal and commercial risks with mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams on contract execution
• Maintain contract records and documentation
• Support dispute resolution activities
• Monitor regulatory developments in fintech and technology sectors

Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law credential from Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
• 2-4 years contract drafting and legal advisory experience
• Fintech, banking, or IT sector experience preferred
• Strong commercial and contract law knowledge
• Excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to work independently with deadline management
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
