Product Engineer - AI and Automation (R&D)

About the Role

Lead R&D and development of AI-powered workflow automation solutions for logistics clients, creating demos and transitioning exploratory projects into commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI-driven workflow automation tools for CargoWise clients
• Create commercial and product materials including demos and capability presentations
• Lead exploratory R&D initiatives transitioning toward commercial products

Requirements

• 3-5 years in workflow automation, AI/ML-adjacent product development, or process automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with RPA, AI engines, no-code/low-code platforms or custom scripting
• Strong written communication skills
