About the Role

Manage the full merchandising cycle from order analysis, sample making, and raw material procurement through production, finishing, documentation, and shipping in the Sales & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

• Order analysis and planning
• Sample making and development
• Buying raw materials
• Overseeing production process
• Finishing operations oversight
• Documentation and shipping coordination

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Textile & Apparel Industry
• 2-3 years managing internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
