About the Role

Lead a shipping and logistics BPM operations team at WNS Colombo, managing freight forwarding, bill of lading, RFA activities, and import/export documentation for global shipping clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFA activities, bill of lading, freight forwarding, bookings, and import/export documentation
• Lead and manage a team of diverse individuals in shipping operations
• Ensure operational quality and compliance in a BPM environment

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in shipping & logistics (BL, freight forwarding, bookings, import/export documentation)
• Logistics degree or relevant qualification
• Team management experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Available Sunday-Thursday, 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
