About the Role

Handle shipping and logistics operations including bill of lading, freight forwarding, bookings, and import/export documentation for global clients at WNS Colombo delivery center.

Responsibilities

Handle shipping and logistics BPM operations including BL, freight forwarding, bookings
Process import and export documentation
Work in office-based shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years experience in shipping & logistics or customer service background
Graduate degree in logistics or related field
Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)
