About the Role
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar management, reporting, email management, payroll support, and partnership coordination.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and task management for CEO
- Create, prepare, and present reports as needed
- Departmental progress monitoring and updates
- Email and LinkedIn management on behalf of leadership
- Partnership coordination and development
- Payroll and account administration support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents ensuring accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, and accounting software
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic accounting competency
- Strong organisational abilities and multitasking capacity
