About the Role

Drive the Time & Action (T&A) for assigned orders while achieving on-time delivery, quality, and profitability objectives through cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely order execution to meet delivery targets
• Manage T&As with full customer coordination
• Provide weekly updates and collaborate with Planning teams
• Maintain status reports and ensure 100% On-Time Delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• 1-3 years in Merchandising function
• Strong customer negotiation and communication skills
