Deliver excellent in-store customer experience at Barista Sri Lanka outlets, handling coffee preparation and customer service at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to quality standards
- Deliver excellent in-store customer service
- Assist with training junior crew members
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area
- Handle cash and POS transactions
Requirements
- Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills in English
