Support pastry operations at Otherland Galle's oceanfront luxury hotel, producing artisan baked goods and desserts to exceptional quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist Pastry Chef in all pastry and bakery production
- Produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Maintain standards of hygiene and food safety
- Support training of junior pastry staff
- Manage production timelines and portion control
Requirements
- Qualification in culinary arts or pastry
- Experience in a pastry kitchen in a quality hotel or restaurant
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards
