Responsibilities
- Manage payroll administration and ensure employee records accuracy
- Prepare HR metrics reports covering headcount, turnover, and absenteeism
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve grievances
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience
- Strong payroll administration and operations knowledge
- Understanding of local labour and employment legislation
