Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

About the Role

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations including manpower planning, employee lifecycle management, and terminal benefits administration for a major beverage manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition including annual manpower planning and candidate shortlisting
• Manage employee exit procedures
• Oversee employee lifecycle movements including probation confirmations and promotions
• Handle terminal benefits administration including EPF/ETF and gratuity payments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or professional HR qualification
• 3-4 years in talent acquisition at senior/assistant manager level
• 2-3 years as an HR Business Partner
