About the Role
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations including manpower planning, employee lifecycle management, and terminal benefits administration for a major beverage manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition including annual manpower planning and candidate shortlisting
- Manage employee exit procedures
- Oversee employee lifecycle movements including probation confirmations and promotions
- Handle terminal benefits administration including EPF/ETF and gratuity payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or professional HR qualification
- 3-4 years in talent acquisition at senior/assistant manager level
- 2-3 years as an HR Business Partner
