Provide strategic HR operational support for HSBC's Colombo Global Service Center — managing payroll, statutory compliance, vendor relationships, and HR budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage statutory and internal compliance including regulatory requirements
- Oversee payroll management and delivery
- Handle vendor management and HR budget administration
- Partner with site leadership on HR service delivery
Requirements
- 7-10 years in HR roles with demonstrated credibility
- Background in employee lifecycle management, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Deep understanding of statutory requirements and audits
