About the Role

Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on people, culture, and organizational matters
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition
- Manage employee relations with legal compliance
- Oversee performance management and learning & development programs
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive HR experience; 5+ years in HR leadership within global/multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in Sri Lankan labor law and statutory compliance
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
