About the Role
Support daily HR and administrative operations for GAC Group's Colombo office — managing employee lifecycle, compliance, office administration, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist with compliance requirements, audits, and statutory obligations
- Coordinate office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and/or administration
- Strong English communication abilities
