Project Engineer - MEP

About the Role

Lead MEP coordination with consultants and stakeholders, review designs and specifications, and drive value engineering on landmark property development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with all consultants and stakeholders to finalize high-performance MEP designs
• Review designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure they meet design standards
• Maximize efficiency through value engineering opportunities
• Oversee MEP site engineering and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution
