About the Role

Serve as the strategic F&B business leader at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service, purchasing, banquets, and stewarding.

Responsibilities

Lead Food & Beverage and Culinary operations strategy
Monitor brand service strategy and initiatives
Ensure sanitation and food safety standards across all outlets
Guide and develop staff and direct reports
Manage budgets and analyse business trends
Perform General Manager duties during absences

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 3 years as EAM F&B or Hotel Manager in luxury hotel brands
Prior luxury resort experience required
Sri Lankan citizenship required
Strong management and analytical skills
