About the Role
Serve as the strategic F&B business leader at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service, purchasing, banquets, and stewarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead Food & Beverage and Culinary operations strategy
- Monitor brand service strategy and initiatives
- Ensure sanitation and food safety standards across all outlets
- Guide and develop staff and direct reports
- Manage budgets and analyse business trends
- Perform General Manager duties during absences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years as EAM F&B or Hotel Manager in luxury hotel brands
- Prior luxury resort experience required
- Sri Lankan citizenship required
- Strong management and analytical skills
