About the Role

Experienced QS required on a contract basis to handle commercial management, cost control, valuation, and MEP quantity surveying for elevator and escalator projects.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and contract management
• Cost control across project lifecycle
• Interim and final valuations
• MEP quantity surveying

Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Strong background in commercial management and cost control
• Experience in MEP / elevator / escalator projects preferred
