Project Engineer - MEP

About the Role

John Keells Properties is hiring a Project Engineer specializing in MEP systems with 4-5 years of experience to lead coordination with consultants and provide technical oversight on major development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with consultants and stakeholders to finalize high-performance MEP designs
• Liaise with project team to ensure on-site execution aligns with approved designs
• Review designs and specifications for compliance
• Provide expert technical oversight for MEP systems including vertical transportation and life safety systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years MEP site engineering and execution experience
• Design experience in MEP systems preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation standards
• Excellent coordination skills
