Sales Collections Executive

About the Role

Field-based role managing both revenue generation and payment collection within an assigned territory, covering retailers, supermarkets, and hotels while building customer relationships and ensuring cash flow security.

Responsibilities

• Daily customer meetings with retailers, supermarkets, and hotels
• Order acquisition aligned with customer needs
• Product promotion to increase sales
• Full territorial coverage and new customer acquisition
• Building strong customer relationships
• Credit verification and late payment recovery
• Order coordination with warehouse and distribution teams
• Issue resolution for delivery, stock, and pricing concerns
• Daily reporting on sales, collections, and market observations

Requirements

• O/L and A/L qualification
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic sales and customer management knowledge
• Payment and credit management understanding
• Reliability and accountability
• Territory management and planning skills
• Distribution field experience preferred
• Motorcycle license advantageous
