About the Role

Siva Home Care And Medicals is hiring dedicated Nursing Assistants and Senior Caregivers to provide essential home-based patient care and support in Colombo.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to supervisors
Support patient mobility and safe transfers
Maintain clean and safe patient environment
Document care activities accurately

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Nursing Assistant or Caregiver
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil
