About the Role

Lead gardening and sustainable agriculture operations at an eco-resort, guide guests on nature walks and eco-tours, and manage sustainable green projects at a resort in Kosgoda, Galle.

Responsibilities

Lead gardening unit and supervise gardeners
Oversee daily grounds maintenance
Conduct guided nature walks and eco-tours
Manage sustainable green initiatives

Requirements

2–3 years relevant experience as Resort Naturalist or Gardening Team Leader
Qualification in Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Studies, or Tourism preferred
