About the Role
Dual-role QS and Site Officer position combining cost management with on-site technical oversight for building construction projects in Nugegoda.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Analyze architectural drawings to estimate materials and costs
- Provide instructions to workers and subcontractors
Requirements
- NVQ Level 05 or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
- Valid driving license
