About the Role
HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll in a fast-paced global services environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
- Implement performance appraisal systems
- Coordinate learning and development programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws
- Professional HR certification preferred (CIPM, SHRM)
