About the Role

HR Manager to oversee payroll processing, EPF/ETF compliance, attendance management, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and performance appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly salary sheets and calculate EPF/ETF contributions
• Manage attendance and leave administration
• Coordinate recruitment activities
• Support performance appraisals and training programmes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Management, Accounting, or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll software
