About the Role
HR Assistant to maintain attendance and payroll records, process EPF/ETF, manage petty cash, handle employee grievances, and coordinate branch administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Generate monthly invoices
- Process EPF/ETF and gratuity calculations
- Manage petty cash and reconciliation
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Strong English and Sinhala communication abilities
