About the Role
Training and Development Executive to conduct onboarding, product, and soft skills training for call centre agents, monitor performance gaps, and develop training materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and product training for new employees
- Deliver soft skills and customer service training programmes
- Create training materials, presentations, and guides
- Monitor agent performance and identify training gaps
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least two languages (Sinhala, English, or Tamil)
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Previous call centre experience (mandatory)
