About the Role

Training and Development Executive to conduct onboarding, product, and soft skills training for call centre agents, monitor performance gaps, and develop training materials.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and product training for new employees
Deliver soft skills and customer service training programmes
Create training materials, presentations, and guides
Monitor agent performance and identify training gaps

Requirements

Proficiency in at least two languages (Sinhala, English, or Tamil)
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Previous call centre experience (mandatory)
