Project Engineer MEP

About the Role

Lead MEP coordination and technical oversight for high-rise development projects under John Keells Properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with consultants and stakeholders to finalize high-performance MEP designs
• Review designs and technical documents to ensure they meet design standards
• Provide technical oversight for MEP systems including Vertical Transportation and Life Safety
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
• Oversee MEP procurement process and maintain performance schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution
