About the Role
Oversee hotel MEP maintenance systems, preventive maintenance planning, and engineering operations at a luxury resort in Galle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate hotel MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Coordinate project renovations and technical improvements
- Maintain ISO management systems and engineering documentation
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of MEP systems and CAD software
- Minimum 2 years hotel maintenance experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged
