About the Role

Lead apartment construction projects from inception to handover, managing budgets, schedules, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage apartment construction projects from inception to handover
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, materials, and cost control activities
• Supervise site teams and conduct regular inspections
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Manage contractor performance and lead client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 8-10 years in construction project management, preferably apartment or high-rise projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Strong stakeholder management skills
